Castillos - human castles were one of the most incredible sights at the la Merce, weekend festival in Barcelona. This tower is about half finished. The little monkey kids that go on top are just starting to follow the youths that are climbing ahead of them. It seems to be a family activity. People of all ages and body shapes were part of the towers, leading us to believe that the little kids 6 or so stories high up must have their parents as part of the structure somewhere.
